Milton Abbot Primary School is seeking to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their welcoming team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting young children in their earliest learning experiences and helping them build confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards school. 

You will work closely with the class teacher and other colleagues to deliver high-quality learning and care across the early years setting. Your responsibilities will include supporting children during daily activities, helping to prepare and organise learning resources, and contributing to a safe, inclusive classroom culture. We are looking for a caring, patient and proactive individual who understands the importance of routine, effective communication with families, and supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development.
